Q3 2008 Anime
Wow, looks like this season's shows have already started. I almost didn't notice that it was a new season, but as usual, here is a list of stuff that I know of that's coming out. Title hyperlinks lead to images that I have found for the show.

First, there's one show that I know of that I missed last season:
- Megumi (March) - (ONA) Documentary anime based on the 1977 abduction of 13-year old Megumi Yokota by the North Koreans. Free for download.

- Maho Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto: Natsu no Sora (July 2; 12 episodes) - A spinoff of original Someday's Dreamers' (What's Important to a Mage) anime. [View Trailer | Official Site]
- Mission-E (July 7; 12 episodes) - Sequel to the Code-E anime from last summer. [Official Site]
- Natsume Yujin-Cho (July 7; 13 episodes) - Natsume goes on a mission to free spirits from a book that binds them to the physical world. [Official Site]
- Neo Angelique Abyss ~Second Age~ (July 6; 13 episodes) - Sequel to reverse-harem series of same name. [Official Site]
- Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu (July 3; 13 episodes) - Yuto discovers a deep, dark secret of his school's revered idol, Haruka: she's an otaku. Hilarity ensues. [View Trailer | Official Site]

- Sekirei (July 2; 13 episodes) - Suikoden as a harem anime; Minato is a total loser, but he is one of a rare breed who can partner with any of 108 hotties (and bishonen) in order to compete in a mysterious competition. [View Trailer | Official Site]
- Slayers Revolution (July 2) - Lina Inverse and friends return for another comedy-filled adventure. [View Trailer | Official Site]
- Strike Witches (July 3; 13 episodes) - A squadron of loli transforming magical-girl animal-mascot mecha-musume who aren't allowed to wear pants battle an alien menace for the sake of humanity and fanservice. [View Trailer | Official Site]
- Telepathy Shojo Ran (June 21; 26 episodes) - Ran is a middle-schooler with extrasensory powers. Midori also posseses supernatural abilities. Together, they fight crime. [View Trailer | Official Site]
- Ultraviolet: Code 044 (July 1; 12 episodes) - Based off the Ultraviolet movie that starred Milla Jovavich. [View Trailer | Official Site]

- Ghost School (July 6) - An anime special that will retell three stories from the manga.
- Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angel (August 8) - OAV. Anime based on characters that were originally created for pachinko slot machines. [Official Site]

- Linebarrels of Iron (2008; officially starts Q4, October) - Special case, since it will premiere at AX this year. Giant robot anime; Koichi is a middle-schooler who wakes up from a coma after an accident and finds that he has special powers. Three years later, a giant robot appears before him. - Lucky Star (September 26) - OAV. Slice of life comedy. I shouldn't need to say much more about it.
- Maho Sensei Negima ~Shiroki Tsubasa Ala Alba~ (July 17; 3 episodes) - OAVs shipping with next few volumes of manga. Other volumes will ship on October 2008 and January 2009. [Official Site]
